CAG Traveller’s Coaches bags Business Woman of the Year Award

Dr. Afra Nhanhanga (left) who is the current director of CAG Travellers Coaches scooped Business Woman of the Year Award at the recently held Zimbabwe Business Awards on December 11, 2020. The award was presented to her by Minister of Defence Oppah Muchinguri Kashiri (right).

“I am humbled to receive this award for the second year and I would like to thank the nation at large with the support because without people no business at all,” said Afra. “Transport industry needs more grace and wisdom since it involves people’s lives and I thank the Almighty God for guiding us and preserving our lives.“I put God first in everything I do and with His grace I see myself empowered and filled with power to do anything that brings food on the table, empower others and feed the less privileged.

“I would like to thank government for preserving security, peace and tranquility which makes it easy for us to operate especially during this time of Covid-19 that has taken lives across the globe.“It is the passion that drives me and the zeal to reach great heights that pushes me to compete with men in transport industry. I dedicate this award to my husband who gives me support needed to achieve more,” she said.

Her brother Managing Director of CAG Travellers & Coaches, Mr. Samson Nhanhanga also received the Managing Director of the Year Award on the same night, whilst the company also scooped the “Bus and Transport Services Company of the Year Award”
